Service Overview
Perfect Fold Laundry Co. provides wash & fold laundry service with scheduled pickup and delivery. Pickups and drop-offs occur within a scheduled window and are not guaranteed exact arrival times.

Pickup & Delivery Windows

  • Pickups are scheduled in 2-hour windows.

  • If we cannot access your laundry at the pickup location, the order may be skipped and rescheduled.

  • Re-delivery attempts may be subject to an additional fee.

Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Place laundry in closed bags (trash bags are acceptable) at the agreed pickup location.

  • Provide accurate address, access instructions, and contact info.

  • Remove valuables and sensitive items (cash, jewelry, important documents). We are not responsible for items left in pockets or bags.

Prohibited / Special-Care Items
Do not include:

  • Items labeled “dry clean only” unless clearly separated and approved in writing.

  • Items with hazardous contamination (chemicals, oil/grease, blood, excessive feces/vomit, pests/bed bugs).
    If an order is found to be unsafe or contaminated, we may refuse service and charge a handling or disposal fee.

Stains & Item Condition

  • We do not guarantee stain removal.

  • Normal wear, fading, shrinkage, and manufacturer defects are not our responsibility.

  • We follow reasonable care standards based on item labels when possible, but mixed loads may be processed together unless you request separation.

Lost or Damaged Items
If an item is lost or damaged due to our error, our liability is limited to the fair market value of the item at the time of service, and may not exceed the price paid for that service period/order. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours, depending on volume and scheduling. Same-day service is not guaranteed unless explicitly offered and confirmed.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for one-time services and subscriptions are shown at booking/checkout.

  • Payment is required as configured in checkout (full payment or deposit).

  • If a payment fails, service may be paused until payment is resolved.

Tips
If tipping is enabled at checkout, tips are optional and appreciated. Tips are not refundable once processed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Appointments)

  • You may cancel/reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup window.

  • Late cancellations or no-access pickups may be treated as a missed pickup and may incur a fee.

Subscriptions (Recurring Service)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan frequency (weekly/bi-weekly/etc.).

  • You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund past billing periods.

  • Missed pickups due to no access may not be credited unless approved at our discretion.

  • Subscription credits/rollovers (if any) must be clearly stated on the subscription page; otherwise, unused pickups do not carry over.

Refund Policy
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If there is a service quality issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and attempt a resolution.

Communication
By booking, you agree to receive service-related messages by email and/or SMS (appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates).

Service Area
Service is available only within our posted delivery area. If your address is outside our service area, we may cancel the booking.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to all new bookings and renewals.
